Helen Charlotte Elizabeth Ogston later Townroe and then Bullimore (1882 – 1973) was a Scottish suffragette known for interrupting David Lloyd George on 5 December 1908 at a meeting in the Royal Albert Hall and subsequently holding off the stewards with a dog whip.[1]
